You have SMR drives (ST2000DM008) and what appear to be SATA port multipliers (can you confirm these?)

Post full system specs please.

As put succinctly by another member, with those two types of components,

Likely the SMR drives are taking too long to respond to a request, which causes the HBA or SATA controller to consider it "not responding" and send a reset command. But the SATA port multipliers are likely resetting every device behind them (or the multipliers themselves reset)

Both of those devices (SMR, multipliers) have some pretty poor interactions with ZFS.

Hence my request - post full system specs. Let's see what else could potentially be contributing to your Bad Time.
