Data Protection page pinwheels forever and doesn't load after CORE to SCALE migration.

I have migrated my system from 13-U6 over to 23.10.0.1. Everything seems to be in working order now but if I visit the Data Protection page it never loads. However, I know there are scrub tasks and such that came over during the migration because if I try to add a new one it says that it already exists. How can I resolve this forever-loading situation and actually see my tasks?

Bump because this still isn't working. Are there command line options I can use to clear everything out of this page and hopefully reset it?

We are aware of some browser cache issues on other pages, have you tried clearing the cache, if so I would recommend using the link at the top of the forums to raise a ticket, a private upload link will be provided on the ticket to allow you to supply a debug,

Oh and quick question, did you go directly from 13.0-U6 to Cobia? The upgrade path specified in the release notes requires upgrade to BlueFin 22.12.X (latest) first.

I was on the BlueFin 22.12.X first. I even made a fresh install of TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10.0.1. After the installation, the Data protection worked, but when the configuration was loaded the problem was back.

I cleared the cache and used 3 types of browsers. In all cases, the behaviour was similar as described in the initial post.

Thanks for confirming. Please raise a ticket & do the debug upload to the private link so we can get it reviewed.

Yes I did. Not to nit-pick the documentation too much but imo this "important" box should be clarified or split up if the intent is to have *everyone* follow this path.

The way it is formatted leads one to think that there is only DDNS, OpenVPN, rsync, S3, etc notes involved. None of which I use and therefore didn't think that any of the information applied to me. Further, giving me some kind of warning within CORE when I chose the upgrade track would have also been nice. I'll put my software dev soap box away now.

That aside, I will confirm that the issue is persistent across all browsers and seems related to the config. Which is why I was asking for command line options to clear everything on that page out. In hopes that it would "reset" that part of the config. If Ra_ko hasn't submitted a ticket yet I would be happy to.

We’re always looking for suggestions, I’ll pass this onto the docs team - thanks!
