Where is my jira / bug reporting account?

I've been reporting bugs for an awfully long time, now something has gone wrong and it's just prompted me to create a new account?

Has something gone wrong? Have I gone to the wrong URL? Anyone else?

It looks like the profile is similar but post history is 0, shrug.

It was an extremely obscure bug I doubt anyone else is seeing anyhow :/
