Can not delete Lagg Interface

Hi,
i tried to install a new network interface, but that crahes my complete network.
I had a lagg of three network cards and tries install a new one.
Now i can´t start the network, can´t delete the lagg, can´t install an ew one
it seems like an error in the internal sqllite database (error foreign key constrained failed on
delete from network_interfaces where ...

Can i reset this ?

PS:Aditional errors are: No route to host when i try to ping some other host
