files from external disk (Synology) to my Freenas server

I want to copy the mediafiles from my Synology (with Plex pass) to my pool for Plex on Freenas. so i open 2 finder folders on my Mac and on the first folder i choose Synology drive and the maps for Plex (plexdata, video) but i can not copy it to my Plex map on the Freenas (pool: Walbergserver/plexmediafiles
I also tried it with filemanager from my Synology DS218+ choose external ftp user plexuser and password. Not accepted.
How could i put files from outsite of my Freenas server into my Freenas server?

On the CLI of Synology:
rsync -auv /source/files/location user@ip.add.res.s:/path/to/destination

You will be prompted for a password for FreeNAS.

You could reverse the positions and do it from FreeNAS if you prefer.

The media files must just be copied from my old Synology server or my Mac to my new Freenas server. Look at the ACL i made it full access i thought.

Pff let me change my question to: How can i set SMB to complete set open my Freenas? I must copy mediafiles from my old Synology and also from my Mac. i have had severe external devices and all dit support SMB but now i can not put any file on my Freenas.

Ahum, A server is useless, eat only electricity as there is no option to put files on it. SMB dit work on every machine i got exept Freenas. So i must try another system. This have cost me 2 weeks.

Had you enabled the SSH service on FreeNAS?

I think i did (as for CLI most time you need it). But i can not see it anymore as i have decided to install Xpenology (although i am not happy with DSM) but i was running out of time, it was for my old (84 years) parents and they needed some automations in there house.
