Just to be sure... you realize that the IT mode firmware is what we use w/FreeNAS, right?

I'd probably avoid Supermicro's firmware unless this is a Supermicro product.

Yes indeed, but the thread title includes 'X10SL7-F' so I assumed the original poster is using that motherboard.

Yes for freenas is IT firmware and i use motherboard X10SL7-F, but for my curiosity on FTP supermicro there is 3 folders:
folder IR with firmware PH20.00.04.00-IR.zip
folder IR+ with firmware AVG2308P203R1.0.zip <= what is this firmware and is for what, anyone has already tested it ?
folder IT with firmware PH20.00.04.00-IT.zip
