SOLVED Retrival of resource monitoring data

Hi Folks,

I would like to retrieve the data reflected in the reporting graph section of the Freenas .(see following url)
https://doc.freenas.org/9.3/freenas_reporting.html

Understand that through shell command similar data can be obtained and that it can be saved in the system dataset.

However, any idea how I can retrieve these data out in readable format such as .txt or .csv so that I can read it on another computer running on a windows based platform?

On my box the data is in /var/db/system/rrd-<long-string-of-hex-digits>. However, it is not human-readable. The stats are recorded by collectd, so their documentation would be the next place to look.

...but the rrd data can be dumped to text using rrdtool, which is probably what OP needs to look into.

Managed to retrieve by using script command and calling them using cron jobs.
