Ripping Blurays via AnyDVD HD

I've been ripping my bluray collection via AnyDVD HD, but I ran into a problem when I tried to rip Star Wars -- it ended up separating the intro/scrolling title sequence from the actual movie. Is there a way to combine the two together without encoding? I don't plan on encoding the ripped movies as the time to encode is simply too long.

I'm using the most recent version of AnyDVD HD.

It's a (probably remastered) bluray version of both trilogies.

Hmm, not sure then. Might want to look into the Slysoft forums or Jailer's recommendation. I don't have that to test with and I rip all mine to full VOB Files.
