2 hardrive become not detected

Hello everyone, i have a server for almost a year using ibm x3100 m4, with 3 x 3TB seagate and my friend installed it with freenas 8.3.2, its work really well until now.
so the problem is first one of the hardrive (ada2) having unreadable (pending) sector but all still work normal, but i try to fix it using "smartctl -t long /dev/ada2" but after that it become freeze and when i reboot it it cant detected the "ada2 and ada3".

i already search about this problem before i create this thread but i havent got the solution and im only knew a little about this freenas, so please help me configure this problem :)

Post your debug file and read the forum rules and the freenas manual.

you probably have multiple disk failures which means all hope is lost.

ehmm can you tell me how to see the debug file?? im sorry i havent read the forum rules, i already read about storage and try to find about this problem but i will look again in the freenas manual.
