Who is holding a lock on a file in samba?

Hi all,

two questions - although quite experienced a sysadmin I never had the need to mess with samba much. I install it, I update it, most of the time it just works.
I have come to rely on the samba web UI (SWAT) for quick checks of e.g. "which client still has a hold on this particular file?"
So:

1. Can I enable SWAT in FreeNAS somehow?
2. if not, what is the command line equivalent to this particular question?
