What media server should i use?

I currently have my dvds backed up in individual folder with their AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders, and then I have my blu rays backed up as ISO. What would be the best media server to use to share them to my htpcs? I currently just mount the iso's with virtual clone drive from slysoft and play them with total media theater, but its such a bulky process. I used to just use windows media center for the dvds but that no longer works with windows 8 and did nothing to play my blu rays.
have been tinkering with plex but haven't figured out completely how to set it up yet, cant figure out how to choose the folders for my library..

Plex does not handle "raw" DVD/BluRay rips, either as ISOs or as VIDEO_TS folders; it needs your videos to be in a single video file.

With that setup, just create a share of the media drive and use xbmc on the htpcs

You can still use Plex to stream. Just convert iso with a (free) iso2mkv convertor.
