WebGui unavailable in local [HTTPS>PORT]

hello a friend has configured WebGui in https with a certificate my interface freenas it walked until that he changes the port where he made a mistake and wrote 970 at first it was 443 because of it my waiter nas and FTP are not more accessible but I always have access to the SSH and I can execute orders I tempted the command: service nginx restart and here is the error:

9.3 STABLE solution ?? :( A command exists he allowing to change the port webgui in SSH ?
