Virtual Machine Networking VERY Slow!

I installed a Ubuntu 20.04 server on my TrueNAS (12-U5) with 1CPU 4CORES 2THREADS and 6GB RAM, and a VIRTIO NIC. On TrueNAS, I can download files at over 40MB/s, and on the VM I am getting about 15kb/s.

Is this a known issue? Any suggestions how I can troubleshoot/fix?
