Unable to install plugin, "Unable to find template!"

Hi gurus, I have just installed the FreeNAS-9.10.2-U2 (e1497f2) on my Server (Asrock J3455-ITX) last week, and I also installed the resilio plugin and successfully synced the photos on my mobile phone to the freenas.

But somehow I failed to install other plugins today. After downloaded the plugin, the gui shows "unable to find template!", and exits the install progress. I remove the resilio plugin and try to re-install it, it failed with the same error!

Some threads on this forum mentioned the "Collection URL" configuration of Jails, it's "http://download.freenas.org/latest/RELEASE/x64/jails" on my server, I'm not sure if is right, but I got "404 not found" when I try to access this URL with a browser.

I seem to be having the same issues on the save version.

Are you seeing any of the plugin directories in the Jail directory?

after I deleted the `resilio` plugin, there is no plugin directories in the Jail directory now.
