UFS or ZFS?

I'm planning on building a small backup server for movies and images, possibly a Time Machine backup for my mac. I'll be the only one accessing it. I'll be using a 3Ware card for RAID5 - do I need ZFS?

If you plan to use hardware RAID, ZFS will just get confused. UFS is your best bet.
