Thanks for your reading.

I had have done setting up NEW NAS bassed on freenas 8.04.

This is hardware list.
Switch Hub : SMC ES4324 L2 Managed Gigabit HUB
CPU : AMD A6 3400
RAM : 16GB PC3-10600
MB : EMtek TA75A+
HDD : 4 X SATA3 2TB 7200 RPM 64M Seagate ST2000DM001
2 X SATA3 3TB 7200 RPM 64M Seagate ST3000DM001
Boot : 8GB USB stick Transcend JetFlash 700 USB 3.0
extra NIC : Realtek 8168E X 2, 8169 X 2

And
Setting is
8TB RaidZ - Stripe == Main Storage
6TB RaidZ - Stripe == Backup Storage

First....
Client machine is Win7 Ultimate with latest high spec hardwares.
File transfer From or to this machine is good , overall 110MB/s

Here is some problem.
I had have want to NAS with 3Gbps speed based on LACP setup.
But.....
When I setting two Realtek NIC up LACP, transfer speed slow down to 10Mb/s.
Why this???
I already setting up LACP in Switch Hub.

The other problem is
When I setting up each NIC link to switch independently,
and simultaneously transfer files two Computer,
Win7 machine recieve files at 110Mbps.
But other xp machine ( have Gbit NIC) slow down to 3Mbs, and after Win7 machine's transfering, winxp machine's transfer speed up more and more.
===>> What's the answer for this? Need More faster hardware? or More skilled setup?

How Can I reach to my goal 3Gbps NAS Storage With Freenas.

ofcause .....
I had have tested on CIFS service.

i'd start with 10G nic's and 10G bridge ( yes it's a bridge, a switch is either a marketing jumbo or some device
that turns off the light)

Start with 10G? That's really overkill for a first step.

Just the NIC would cost over $400, no idea what a 10G bridge costs.

The speed disparity while transferring to two clients definitely sounds like something that could be remedied without new hardware. There are a lot of threads here discussing optimization, I'd suggest the poster read through a few of those for tips.

you asked for faster system, and why not get the best ?
If you want a cheaper system, then take the simple 1G route or the complex n*1G.
