Our FeeNAS 9.10.2-U6 system (IBM System x3650 7979-61Y, 16GB, ) has been running for years without problems. After replacing one bad disk (a standard procedure which has been carried out many times) system is unstable and reboots from now to than. Two redundant powersupplys on an USV.
System is running from two 16GB USB drives. I replaced both devices did a fresh install ... still the same problem.
Current situation: Maximum runtime 14 hours, Minimum 41 mins.
Can't find hint in the system log (besides an alert which has been there all the time:
"alert.py: [common.pipesubr:66] Popen()ing: /usr/local/sbin/dmidecode -s syste,-product-name"]
just the restart.
--> Where to look for more information on error source?
Klaus
P.S.: For test purposes I just stopped all services, just resilver is running.
