Hello, i'm needing help with this error that shows up after install FreeNAS 8.3.1

errorMount.jpg

The system is a Dell PowerVault NX3000 with a RAID CONTROLLER PERC H7**

I got 2 arrays configured:

(A) 2x300GB in Raid 1
(B) 6x2TB in Raid 5

The installer detects both Virtual Disks. I've installed FreeNAS in the Array (A) but i get the ROOT ERROR MOUNT message always that i try to boot.

Any idea?

Are these hardware or ZFS or both in some weird configuration?

The installer detects both Virtual Disks.

So you are running FreeNAS in a virtual machine?

Hi cyberjock,

Both arrays are via Hardware (DELL PERC H710 Mini Raid Controller)

No. I'm not running in a Virtual Machine. I'm trying to install FreeNAS physically in the server (Dell PowerVault NX3200)

I say Virtual Disks because the BIOS talks about de RAIDS as Virtual Disks.
