Replication task, cannot see files, probably due to permissions

Hi,
I am replicating a dataset from a Truenas to a Truenas Scale.
The datasets contains a samba share.
I see in target Truenas that space is filling but I can see only first directory.
Filesystem is mounted.
I suppose that the problem is due to the fact that the files and directories are owned by domain users and domains group and they have a complex acl.
But anyway I cannot solve it,: is there some magic checkbox in replication gui that let me see files in target system even if they are not owned by root or local users?
Thanks,
Mario

when you say this do you mean directory or dataset?

Can you perhaps show us a screenshot of the structure of your datasets on your primary compared to your secondary?

Can you please show a screenshot from the WebUI of your datasets on the primary. Then the same on the secondary. Then finally a screenshot of your replication config.

Ok bear with me as I’m looking at this on my phone but your dataset names don’t seam to match your replication. So according to your pics yo have a pool called Tank which has two datasets one called home and one called saleopp. Underneath saleopp you have another dataset called sale. But your replication talks about a dataset called dataSale. Can you confirm your primary server dataset layout.

Ok I think I’m getting it now screenshots appeared back to front. So is your primary servers pool called dataSale and the data you want to send is dataSale/sale?

If so try and send just the sale dataset to somewhere new like Tank/Backup and see if that works better.

Usually source dataset is different from destination datasets and it works. Is it possible that it is due because source is truenas and destination is truenas scale?

I’ve had issues in the past trying to replicate the root dataset and since then always create at least one dataset below root before replication.

Is it working now?

If you mean the source dataset it is too late to move. But I am successfully replicating the samedataset on a local truenas and it works! Only this new replica on truenas scale has hidden files.
