I am running FreeNAS 9.1.1 and whenever I click on "Reboot" link via the WebGUI the box shuts down but never actually reboots. I have to walk over to the box and physically press the reset button. I've waited 8 hours this past time just to be sure it wasn't just taking a while. This isn't the biggest issue because once it's setup properly I don't plan on rebooting remotely all that often, but it's annoying. I'll try to attach a picture of what the monitor shows. Any ideas?

Try to add a "hw.usb.no_shutdown_wait=1" sysctl (System -> Sysctls).
