I have many servers freebsd , CentOS , windows , What the best plugin for backup ?

You want to backup everything to freenas? You want file backup, image backup, proprietary backup?

I suggest looking at rsync, syncthing or crashplan.

This isn't really related to freenas at all. You need to pick a solution for each operating system.

Freenas is only a storage point, not a backup solution.
