Plex Server settings are unavailable

When I try to get to the Server settings page from Plex Web GUI I get an error "Server settings are unavailable". I think the problem is that I accidentally changed the permissions on the Plex jail storage. I was hoping someone could tell me what the correct or default settings are for the permissions on the Plex jail. I attached what my permissions currently look like.

I am using FreeNAS 9.2.1.9, Plex Server 0.9.11.17

it's not worth saving the jail.

if you have a snapshot you can restore that otherwise..
* install a second plex jail
* copy over /var/db/plexdata, and set the ownership to the plex user

never change the permissions of your jail/plugin datasets, only ever change permissions of datasets mounted inside the jail.
