is it posible to setup a multiple raid 5 or 6 on a bunch of harddrives with diferent size and combine them with a linear raid. something like the synology hybrid raid.
etc.

harddrives
500GB | 500GB | 1TB | 1TB | 1TB
partitions
500GB | 500GB | 500GB | 500GB | 500GB --- raid 5 named volume1
500GB | 500GB | 500GB --- raid 5 named volume2
and then combine them with a linear raid.
i then would have used all the drive space and have a 1 disk safety.
then later a new 500GB or 1TB could be added to the raid system.

No. Per the FreeNAS manual you will be limited to the smallest disk AND can't use 1 disk in multiple zpools.

It is possible to use the same disk with multiple pools, but there's some potential issues with it(not to mention that's not something FreeNAS supports or uses). If you are wanting to go that route you should just go with full fledged FreeBSD. But be ready to manage the server on your own via CLI.
