Jails/Iocage not working after Upgrade to FreeNAS 11.3

I recently upgraded to FreeNAS 11.3. Since then, I have not been able to get my jails to work (were working fine on previous version).

Using the FreeNAS GUI, when I click on 'Jails', I get a message like this:

Operation not permitted: '/mnt/[poolname]/iocage/defaults_backup.json

I get a similar error when I click on 'Plugins'.

Using the console, trying to do anything in iocage (e.g. start a jail, list jails) results in a similar error message.

Any suggestions on how to get my jails working in the new version of FreeNAS?
