Hi everyone,
Nice to be here; the FreeNAS forum has been a great help to me so far. Hopefully I'll be able to contribute.
Right now, I'm setting up a home server made from an old box:
FreeNAS-8.0.3-RELEASE-p1-x64 (9591)
AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 2800+, 2G DDR
5 x 500GB Samsung HD503HJ Spinpoint F3, RAIDZ2
My current quest is finding out how to
(1) run postinit and shutdown scripts
(2) install and configurate additional packages (ipfw, openvpn)
