GPG in jails

Hi,

I'm trying to generate a pair of GPG keys on a jail, however, I keep getting the following error during generation:
gpg: agent_genkey failed: End of file
Key generation failed: End of file

I've tried to generate this key on FreeNAS directly and it works, however, when I tried to import that key back to the jail, the same error appeared.

Is this not supported inside a jail? I'm currently using passphrases like a Neanderthal :(
