FTP server problems

Hi, I'm having a problem w/ my FreeNAS FTP server. The web GUI won't work at all and I'm getting a connection timeout. Can anyone help me? Version is 9.1.1 and the system specs are:

PC: Compaq Presario SR1720NX
Processor: AMD Sempron 3500+ 2.0 GHz
RAM: 1 GB
Motherboard: Asus A8AE-LE

Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
IP address (w/ port forwarding): 71.10.56.15
Private IP, if you need it: 192.168.0.16
Here is the gateway if you need it: 192.168.0.1

You didn't really give us any information to help you with. We need things like how your network is structured. subnet mask, IP addresses, etc.

You should have 2GB of RAM minimum for UFS(and 8 for ZFS). So whatever you fall into, you need more RAM. Not surprisingly you will have problems as services crash due to out of RAM errors. RAM may or may not be contributing to the problem, but I'd get more RAM before you start trying to troubleshoot.
