But out of interest: what kept you from opening up the CORE plugin repo in this way? With community members with commit access it might just have worked ...

We've been working on a better process for SCALE and CORE at the same time... now we need volunteers. Will announce more soon.

Please keep the option to rename the web portal button visible. Some of us prefer "Open" to "Web Portal" and would like consistency to avoid confusion.
