Erro with APPs

Sorry for bad English and if I'm posting in the wrong place. I will appreciate your understanding and cordial guidance.

SERVER

• CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2660v3
• Motherboard: Generic Chinese X79
• RAM: 32GB (2x 16GB DDR4 Athermiter)

STORAGE

• 3x Seagate IronWolf
• 1x NVME KinfSpec

I'm facing several problems with APPs. I installed PLEX and it worked beautifully. But when installing Duplicati i qTorrent, it doesn't work properly (HTTP error: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT )

Both deploy and activate themselves (although Duplicati took about a day), but I can't access the portal.

Can you help me? Because I've changed several things and even tried to install directly from a Docker image, but the problem persists.

Weither you want help here or with us directly, people will need enough information to work with.
people would need: Application logs, a copy of the config you used to install the App and a copy of the Application-Events listed when you click the App card.
