Duplicate updates on Feb2 and Feb3?

Anyone know what the story is behind apparently duplicate (according to their change logs) updates to FreeNAS this week?

Specifically:

• 02-Feb-2016 http://update.freenas.org/FreeNAS/FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE/Notes/ChangeLog-d9WB_W.txt
• 03-Feb-2016 http://update.freenas.org/FreeNAS/FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE/Notes/ChangeLog-Io9mY4.txt

Both have identical changelog contents:

#12813 Bug Critical Cannot Create additional Vlans
#13267 Bug Expected system verification looks like is broken in latest FreeNAS SU.
#13273 Bug Important Make replication logging less verbose
#13416 Bug Critical replication still not working in TrueNAS internal SU.

Is there a better way to see what's actually in these updates?
