Anyone can help me to install this dns server on Freenas/Truenas? https://technitium.com/dns/

Based upon the information I see on the Technitum website, you would need to install a Windows instance on a VM in TrueNAS first:

How To Get Started

1. Download and install the DNS server Windows service setup. You can use the portable zip/tar.gz file too by extracting and run the DNS Server app.

In that case you could just as well just install pihole in a VM tbh.
