Deluge plugin setup

I need help setting up the deluge plugin. I had a jail with deluge but I am trying to create it via the plugin.
The problem I am having is that I am unable to connect to it via the windows client.
I also heard that it might not have permissions to write/download out of the box.

Were you able to resolve this? If not, which version of FreeNAS?
