Dataset permissions do not follow when replicated

I have two Freenas boxes and I am replicating between them. Replication works fine however the destination dataset permissions are changed at every replication. Both are joined to the same domain and if I change the permissions on the destination they will work fine until next replication.

The permissions being set are being set to 11109 and 10512. Not sure what these are and how to fix this. Ultimately, I would like the Active Directory permissions on the source to follow the destination.

Do you mean ownership? Please post an example.

That usually happens when that username/groupname does not exist on the other side. Is that the case?
