Cloud Sync Task Failure

When I try to sync files from S3 down to the Truenas, it keeps failing on certain files. Mostly Java script files. In the log file I keep getting "corrupted on transfer: sizes differ. I'm running Sync, I've tried Copy also with the same result.

Here is the first error:

ValueError: rclone failed with exit code 1
