Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my FreeNAS-8.0.4-RELEASE-x64. We did the upgrade from Windows server 2008 for the file system and so far we have been impress of the results. One bad problem is that randomly the clock (time) stops on the master version of our FreeNAS. We use FreeNAS Master and Slave so we can keep some backups of the file. We do some snapshots every hour for 12hrs and we replicate these snapshot to the Slave version. But since the clock/time stops working we can't do anything. They are no more snapshots taken nor replications.
Another thing. When this happens (happened like once every 2 days in average) I can't log in as root with putty (ssh). I enter login as : root and then it freezes.
We have 16gigs of RAM on the machine and it should not be a problem but somehow it freezes from time to time which is really annoying.
We use a CIFS sharing. It works almost as fast as Windows server 2008. Some users been saying that its slower then W2k8. But from my part of the testing I haven't seen any diffrence.

**edit : It just happened. And another thing about that I did some testing. While the time was stuck a 12h31 on the FreeNAS clock. I tried to create a .txt file with some random stuff inside. It was all cool. Then I rebooted the VM with FreeNAS and I tried to see that file again and it got erase. Its like the file system roll back from the exact time it froze. Which is bad because everyone in the company saves documents on the server.

**edit 2 : It happened twice in the same day. Once at 12h31 and the other one at 17h34. It is getting really annoying. The problem is mostly that I have no idea what can cause this bug.
