Cannot Install Plug Ins

Apologies if this has been answered before, if so could you please point me in the right direction, as I could not find the answer I was looking for.

I am new to FreeNAS, with my first install being today. I had FreeNAS running with Plex Media Centre and was configuring Sabnzbd. However I had to go out for an hour or so and on my return, Plex Media Centre would not launch. Long Story Short, I ended up backtracking and deleted all the steps; deleted the shares, jails, datasets, volumes etc.

I am now installing from scratch again (although I have not installed a fresh version of FreeNAS, just the configuration of the storage onwards). I can get the share up and running and I have put some files on the server. However when I come to install the plex plug in, I get the following error:

I also get a very similar error message when I go to install any of the other plugins.

I would be most appreciative if someone could please point me in the right direction.

Update: I was advised to re-install FreeNAS from scratch due to my method of backtracking. I have done so and all is up and running again. Many thanks for assisting.
