Can I move drives and system drive to a new mobo?

I currently run FreeNAS on an HP N54L with the system data on a 12gb mini SSD and server data on 5 x 2TB drives in a ZFS. I run Plex Media Server as the only plugin. I now need to move the system and drives to a new mob running a more powerful processor. my question is can this be done easily, I understand that the information for the ZFS is stored on the drives and just needs to be seen by the system to retrieve it, is this correct?

I just did this recently and the only thing I needed to change was the FreeNAS IP address because my router is set to give a specific address to my old machine. You might save your configuration files first (settings tab, "save config") just in case.
