Bugs disappeared in Redmine

I had two bugs I was actively working with the devs....then there was a day when free.* was pretty much offline(looked like a routing problem) and now tthe two active bugs I was working are gone. Can these be recovered?

Not a question for the forum. Although iXsystems provides the forum for us to communicate with each other, they don't frequently monitor it. It would be best to submit another bug report referencing the numbers of the previous bug reports, if you have them.
