All were so Helpful Before and knowledgeable thought somebody might know this PROBLEM

On my Win7 Ult machine I keep getting this sound:

What is REALLY ODD is I get this sound even if sitting inside my BIOS settings screen LONG before any Windows crap loads.
About every 10minutes that damn sounds bongs for no reason.

I was thinking some type of BIOS warning but see nothing set for that.. Or low batteries on my wireless K/B mouse but, new batteries installed.

What the Hell could it be.. It started today for no reason. It is not the PC speaker but over regular amplified speakers this comes over.
Many years on a computer NEVER seen something like this.

CPU temp too high maybe?
