2-drive failure, one M.2 and spinning rust

I initially got the message that one of my drives failed with 2-3 read/write failures on the disk. Since they're only 6 months old, and I'm new to homelabbing, I restarted my TrueNAS to see if it was a glitch. Breaking things is the best way to learn. Anyway, the warnings disappeared for a day and came back. Thought that was strange so I rebooted again and now it won't leave the BIOS. In the BIOS, it doesn't show that the M.2 I use for my boot drive is connected. A second drive failure or something else?

This seems to be more of a motherboard issue but I don't have enough experience in NAS systems to know for sure. What do you guys think?

If you can't see the boot device in the BIOS, it's not the NAS OS that's the problem.
