Zpool import failed with error and ask to lost alla data?

Hi to all i have installed truenas scale and configured everything and everything is perfect but one of the 3 disk of the z1 cluster goes down now i have replaced it but this is my situation. I have lost everything? or i hope i can restore my pool

So, UNAVAIL means the system either can't see the device at all (maybe cable not connected properly, etc) or it's simply not functioning, etc. I'd try and reseat everything like power cable, etc. Then see if you can import. If not, did you try the suggestion where is says -f flag?
