I am playing around with a vmware esxi setup on my home lab, was running painfully slow with NFS/ZFS with zil on.
added the kernel tunable to disable ZIL.
Everything is working great.
I've since decided to get an SSD to use for ZIL cache, so i removed the kernel tune and rebooted.
How can i tell if zil is now on again?
Also, how do i tell what version of ZFS i'm on?
