ZFS: i/o error - all block copies unavailable

Hello @ all
i did an update from TruenasCore 12.0-U7 to TruenasCore 12.0-U8 and i get this error in the console

ZFS: i/o error - all block copies unavailable
ZFS: can´t read MOS of pool TANK02


pool imported automatically at reboot and seems okay, i can read and write, no alerts in the Dashboard....





any suggestions?

at the moment i deleted all snapshots and i am running a scrub task on pool TANK02
