zfs copy to same Zpool speed

I have three SATA III 1TB drives connected in a Z1 configuration. What kind of copy speeds should I expect copying from one folder another? I am using CIFS share and using a windows 10 computer's windows explorer to copy it.

Is there a good file manager that I can run on the freenas to maybe get faster copy rates?

CLI or not CLI, it really matters that the bytes do not have to be sent and then received over the network...
