I see no reason why that board wouldn't run TrueNAS SCALE.

You'll need to be much more generous with information about what isn't working if you're expecting some help.

I tring tu run truenas scale on such configuration:
Motherboard : WS C246M PRO/SE
CPU: Intel I7-8700T
4 x HDD IronWolf NAS
3 x WD Red 1TB SSD (L2ARC and ZIL)
1 x ssd samsung for system.
Every time IT loads IT stays on a different step …
I there any chance to modify the bios/uefi settings to make it work?

I agree, it seems you have possibly not set some BIOS settings to appropriate ones.

You would possibly be best to set UEFI off and use legacy boot in addition to turning off sleep states and power management settings.

Still nothing …. The newest Linux mint or proxmox 8 boot with any problems, truenas still freeze during boot :(
