We are 5 users and we are used to working with shared folders associated with "network disks" on Win10Pro PCs.
However, in this way we cannot work outside the office.
We only use a smartphone with which we take photos or take simple notes which we then move to our PC in the office.
For this reason I was thinking of installing TrueNAS with NextCloud but I can't understand how I can join it to shared folders without creating duplicate files.
Or do I not have to configure the shared folders and use only NC?
Can you advise me as the best way to configure the NAS?
Meanwhile, I want to set up a test NAS before making a decision.
I thought about installing TrueNAS SCALE, but I see there are few applications. Do you always recommend this or TrueNAS Core?
