WOL HP N36L FreeNAS 9.3

Hi,

i applied patch for if_bge.ko but WOL is not working, when i run ifconfig, no WOL shows up... in 9.2 the new if_bge.ko worked fine...

how can i check whether my if_bge.ko is loaded or what can i do?

if_bge loads at bootup if you have compatible hardware. So if kldlstat doesn't list it, then it's not loaded.

Since you are patching files, you are totally on your own. I'm going to move this to offtopic since this is not officially supported by FreeNAS. (in fact the CTO has said in other threads that WOL is unsupported and has no intention of ever being supported)
