Recently, my FreeNAS crashed. After manually rebooting, it works find for Linux NFS clients. Windows clients now have issues. Mounting via CIFS yields the following error when trying to access any file or create a new file on the share: "The process cannot access the file because aother process has locked a portion of the file". Again, this occurs when trying to access any existing file or on creation of a new file. When I use NFS form the WinXP hosts, I can manually bring the mount up and specify no lock. Everything works fine. When I reboot, I get this error:

An error occurred while connecting to the NFS server.
Make sure that the Client fort NFS service has started.
If the problem persists make sure Client for NFS service can communicate
with User Name Mapping or PCNFS server.

I found a post that said to created a registry entry to hide the error. That did hide the error. The NFS share appears to mount. When I try to create or access a file, I get the same error as the CIFS mount. There are 6 Win XP machines all having the same issue. This smells of something corrupt on the FreeNAS host. Any suggestions?
