Windows can't join FreeNAS Samba AD DC

I think the LDAP Server doesn't work well, because when i try to join the Domain with my Windows 7 Pro Client then it show's me that he found the LDAP Server DNS but can't Connect to it.

Anyone who can help Me pls?
