windows cannot access

Hello. I'm a complete newbie to TrueNAS. I have watched several YouTube videos on how to setup windows shares. All with the same result, 'windows cannot access'
Hopefully the screenshots can explain my steps. What am I missing?

Do yourself a favor and read the manual instead of following advice on YouTube.
It's hard to tell much from your screenshots, so I'd suggest reconfiguring the share from scratch, following along with the manual's instructions.
